Refer an Engineer to us today, and we will reward you with £500 if we place them into permanent employment.

Once the referred candidate has completed his/her first week of employment, you will receive £200. Once the referred candidate has completed his/her 12th week of employment, you will receive a further £300. All payments will be paid via online shopping vouchers, such as Highstreet vouchers, love2shop vouchers, or a gift card of your choice.

US Technician Referral Scheme

Refer a Technician to us today, and we will reward you with $1000 if we place them into permanent employment.

Once the referred candidate has completed his/her first week of employment, you will receive $500. Once the referred candidate has completed his/her 12th week of employment, you will receive a further $500.

Terms and conditions

This offer excludes candidates currently registered with TDRS Recruitment Ltd. No monetary alternative is available. To qualify, your referred friend must be placed within 12 months of their registration. The final referral reward will only be made when payment has been received from our client. A “candidate referral form” must be submitted prior to the referred candidate commencing employment. TDRS Recruitment Ltd will have the final decision on any referral.
